Significance Of Adulthood

Adulthood is the phase in which people experience physical and psychological changes experiencing a myriad of emotions. This is a time of transition which encourages continuity and reinforces developmental and behavioral patterns already established earlier in life. Transition periods also can function as turning points, providing opportunities for change.
Adult Counseling helps increase a sense of independence, autonomy, and responsibility are often associated with these role transitions and can be markers of young adulthood. The maximum time a person spends in this world is as an adult. The vocation crisis is called the midlife crisis, and for women, the physiological changes are far too many such as becoming pregnant, lactating and eventually reaching pre-menopause and menopause.
